Making Arrangements: All prices listed are on a per person basis in US dollars including tax. Please note that fares are subject to change without prior notice. Reservations: All reservations should be made at least two months in advance especially for high season (Nov.-May and Jul.-Aug.) to insure that your choices in transportation and accommodations are available. Once you have decided on a package, a deposit of 50% of the total will hold your reservation. Full payment is required if the booking is made within thirty days of your arrival. Confirmation is subject to availibility when booking is made. Cancellations: All changes and cancellations must be made in writing. A handling fee of $35.00/person will be charged for cancellations made after booking up to 30 days before arrival date. No refunds will be made after the 30-day deadline. No refunds will be made after the trip begins or on unused services. For reservation changes, a (US)$10.00 charge per person will apply. This charge will increase to (US)$25.00 if the required documents have to be re-issued and or the change is made within 15 days of arrival. You can use your Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card.
